Acceptance of Orders
All orders are accepted by Vitadote® subject to these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions will be accepted unless previously agreed in writing by the Managing Director of Vitadote®. Orders will only be binding upon receipt of written confirmation from Vitadote®, who reserves the right to refuse any order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within this website, within any fax or e-mail correspondence, however, received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.

Customer’s Authority
Customers entering into transactions with Vitadote® expressly warrant that they are authorized to accept and are accepting these conditions not only for themselves but also as agents for and on behalf of all other persons who are, or may become, interested in Vitadote’s goods or products, whether in whole or part.

Payment
We accept online payment through Mastercard, Visa card, American Express, Paypal, iDeal, SOFORT Banking and Bitcoin. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. If you are shopping from outside the Eurozone, place your order and your credit card company or bank will convert the transaction to your own currency. Payments can be accepted in Euro.
Trade / Wholesale customers may pay by credit/debit cards only at the time of placing an order. Trade / Wholesale customers can apply for a credit limit, Vitadote® will assess your company details and provide you with the appropriate credit limit and time based on trading history. Otherwise, invoices must be paid by credit card at the time of purchasing. All orders for goods are subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason, we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of an unfulfilled order.

Prices
All prices quoted or displayed are in Euro at the time your order is placed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in, or the imposition of new taxes or duties. If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we have the right to terminate an order provided the goods have not been dispatched. We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur, we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. Please note that the prices quoted are subject to availability and Vitadote® reserves the rights to refund the payments to you if the database processes your order in error. Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. Vitadote® reserves the right to alter prices without notice explanation or notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone.

Retention of Title
All goods supplied by Vitadote® to the customer shall remain the property of Vitadote®  until such time as Vitadote® receives payment in full for the goods and of all other monies due to Vitadote®from the customer. Until such payment as aforesaid is received, the separate identity of those goods shall be maintained by the customer. After delivery of the goods to the customer or his nominated sub-purchaser, the goods shall be at the customer’s risk and the customer shall ensure those goods against loss or damage.

Until such time as title in the goods shall pass to the customer in accordance with the foregoing provisions, Vitadote® shall be entitled at any time to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and Vitadote® and its employees or agents shall have the right at any time to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purpose of effecting such repossession.

Force Majeure
Vitadote® will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract, if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies and if so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.

No Warranty
Goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications are given by the manufacturer. VITADOTE® and its employees or agents are not authorized to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed in writing. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no warranty as the suitability of any goods for any particular purpose. Health Foods are not medicines, thus Vitadote® cannot and are not authorized to guarantee results. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that there are no guarantees for the purpose of the goods.

Deliveries
Every effort will be made to supply orders promptly. Vitadote® will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries or for the consequences thereof. In general, the price quoted is for delivery to the reception desk and/or ground floor at the stated delivery address. We use the best shippers to deliver our goods depending on the size, value and destination of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day. Vitadote® takes a certificate of posting from our courier providers for all dispatched goods. A signature may be required at the time of delivery. Vitadote® will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries nor for the consequences thereof once the goods have left our premises by any of our nominated carriers. Free Delivery is offered to EU customers who place an order to an EU address. Free Delivery is available for orders with a minimum order amount.

Return policy
Vitadote® will refund 100% of your purchase in the product did not work for you. We are fair to our customers and expect our customers being fair to us. In order to take advantage of our 90-day guarantee, you will need to take Vitadote® Shilajit or Zeolite on a daily basis as required and document taking it with date-stamped photos, with meta-data intact and short journal entries describing the change in how you feel from taking Vitadote® Shilajit or Zeolite. If you did not experience any improvements, we’ll refund your purchase.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Receipt of Goods
Receipt of Goods should be signed for as “unexamined”. It is the responsibility of the recipient at the customers’ premises or on behalf of the customer to count and check that all boxes and goods that are delivered are as per the accompanying delivery note. Any damages or shortages must be reported immediately by phone and in writing within THREE working days of delivery, otherwise, no claim will be considered. The complete packaging must be retained if pilfering is suspected or if breakage has occurred. Shortfalls cannot be rectified if these procedures are not strictly adhered to.

Non-Delivery
An invoice or receipt is usually sent together with the goods or a day after the goods have been dispatched. Most of our goods are dispatched on a next day basis. In the event of non-arrival of goods, customers must inform Vitadote® within FIVE days of the invoice date, otherwise, no claim will be considered.

Proper Law
All contracts made with Vitadote® shall be governed by and construed according to the European Law and the purchaser submits to the jurisdiction of the European courts. These terms of trade will prevail over any conditions that shall be issued by the customer. The customer should not rely on any representations made by staff as they do not form part of the contract or collateral contract.

Copyright and Trademark
Our website contains unique content owned exclusively by us, including the text, video and photographs. Any unauthorized use of our trademark or trade dress, copyrighted content, including copying the look and feel of our website or product design, is prohibited.

Furthermore, we may, but are not obligated to, permit the submission of content generated by our users. You agree that if you submit any content to us, you are granting us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, universal right to reproduce the content for any reason and in any form, for the sole advantage of Vitadote®, financially or otherwise.

Miscellaneous
Vitadote® may, in its sole discretion, revise its Terms and Conditions Policy at any time.

Any failure or delay by Vitadote® in enforcing any provision of its Terms and Conditions Policy will not be considered a waiver of such provision and will not prevent Vitadote® from enforcing the provision at a later date.
